Collections Advisor

Juice is thrilled to be supporting a prominent financial services organisation in Trowbridge, in their search for a Collections Advisor to join their friendly team.

No prior office-based experience is needed! Key is excellent communication and time-management skills, and to demonstrate that you are confident, proactive, and possess good IT skills.

We would love to hear from candidate with a variety of customer service/administration backgrounds who are seeking a brand-new challenge. This role could suit someone looking for a career change, someone coming out of hospitality or retail. This may also be suitable for a graduate or equivalent looking to gain commercial experience.

DAY TO DAY:

• Adhere to individual and team targets each month.
• Work closely with the team, sharing best practice across the team to deliver improved performance or customer outcomes.
• Handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Establish with customers the reason for arrears, individual circumstances, and their financial situation/ ability to pay.
• Dealing with issues and complaints effectively, in a personable and efficient manner.
• Processing immediate and future transactions/payments, completing income and expenditure assessments where required.
• Summarising to the customer the agreed arrangement, next steps and future consequences of non-payment.
