My client is a growing business based in the Morley looking to recruit an Administrator on a full time temporary to permanent basis.

Salary: £25,000

Location: LS27

Usually 7:30 - 16:00 (Can be flexible)

Office based

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensuring paper work is correct and up to date
  • Processing invoices on the system
  • Communicating via phone in regards to rejected POs and invoices
  • Chasing missing documents
  • Managing general email inbox
  • Uploading invoices
  • Administration for the credit control team
  • Ensuring Clients are paid on time and to agreed process
  • Reviewing, Investigating, and fixing errors in payments
  • Produce and help develop quality Daily and Weekly Client Information
