As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work autonomously while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to address Collateral Ops queries and manage issues effectively. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and monitoring collateral agreement onboarding activities, conducting daily and weekly oversight controls, and producing and reviewing key performance indicators.

We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You'll be responsible for analyzing existing collateral processes, identifying inefficiencies, and defining remedial actions to enhance our operations. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in managing stakeholders, including service providers, and drafting and maintaining operational procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

In addition to your technical skills, we value innovative thinking and a positive attitude. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to collateral projects and initiatives as a Subject Matter Expert, lead workshops and governances across teams, and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent university degree, preferably in Business or Finance.
  • 2-3 years+ prior relevant experience in Middle Office activities (OTC, ETD, Central clearing, or Collateral management).
  • 2-3 years+ prior relevant experience working on Regulatory topics (EMIR, etc.) within the Asset Management industry.
