About the Role:

  • Working within the state-of-the-art professional coffee division, you will be responsible for managing and developing existing accounts across various sectors and channels, as well as seeking out new business opportunities.
  • These sectors will include Pubs, Hotels, the wider HoReCa market and Roasters.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone to sell high-end fully automatic coffee machines and work with customers to ensure their expectations are met.

Specific Duties Will Include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • New business development.
  • Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions and a first-class service and support.
  • Working closely with internal departments, ensuring processes are followed, orders fulfilled and client queries handled effectively and professionally.
  • Developing and managing a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication with prospects.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the coffee industry.
  • Providing regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

In order to be considered for the role of Coffee Sales & Account Manager you must possess the following:

  • Proven experience in business development or account management, ideally related to coffee or coffee equipment.
  • Experience of selling into Pubs, Hotels, the wider HoReCa market and Roasters would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A quick learner with the ability to understand and effectively communicate technical information.
  • High levels of enthusiasm and eagerness for a new challenge.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the UK meeting customers and end user sites.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • Live in either The Midlands or The South East

Salary/Benefits Information:

  • Salary of up to £50,000 p.a (possibly higher DOE)
  • Uncapped OTE of circa £20k p.a
