Job role: CNC Turner, Setter & Programmer

Salary: £35,000-£42,000 DOE

Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire

Hours: 7:30 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday, 7:30 to 13:30 on a Friday

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Holiday: 33 days including Bank Holidays

Overtime: Time 1/3

The Company:

Interaction Technical have partnered with a leading precision engineering firm specialising in the aerospace, automotive and motorsport industries based in Wellingborough on their search for an experienced CNC Turner to join their growing Turning section. Our client produce components for various blue-chip companies within the Motorsport, Aerospace, Automotive and MOD industries.

The Benefits:

· £35,000-£42,000 salary dependent on experience

The Role:

· You will program, set and operate multi axis lathes on a variety of different machines

· You will produce small, complex batches of components to quality standards and tight tolerances.

· You will use twin-spindle and twin-turret mill-turn machinery to produce components for the Motorsport, Aerospace and Automotive industries.

· You will be using Fanuc controlled machinery.

· You will join the busy Turning section and be extremely important to the running of the team

The Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years experience as CNC Turner using Fanuc controls (essential)

· Previous experience using mill-turn machinery (essential)

· Apprentice Trained (advantageous)

· Offline programming experience (advantageous)

· High attention to detail and able to work to tight tolerances

· Self-motivated
