Job Profile
Due to continued growth and expansion, with consistent reinvestment into state-of-the-art CNC Machining, manufacturing and quality equipment, there is now a position available for an experienced CNC Turner looking to join an established leader and really make a difference to the company's success story.

Duties:

• CNC Turning - Programming Setting and Operating CNC Lathes with Fanuc controls (Doosan Puma 2600 single turret lathe with C & Y Axis).
• Writing and proving our programs on a 2axis CNC Lathe.
• Producing parts and components to tight tolerances in batches of 1 - 10 offs, from various materials.

Skills & Attributes:

• Extensive CNC turning experience (min 5 Years).
• Ability to write and prove programs.
• Ability to understand engineering drawings.
• Ability to work to a high level of precision with tight tolerances and time schedules.
• Experience of working with small batch sizes, such as 1-10 offs.
• Good all-round knowledge of machining various materials.
• Ability to work unsupervised, and as part of a team.

Hours of Work:

• 39 hours per week
• 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday
• 7:30am to 12:30pm, Friday
• Flexible hours available from 6:30am start
• £18.00 to £19.00 p/hr
