CNC Turner - Setter Operator

CNC Turner required to a join a long-standing family ran manufacturing company based in the Barnstaple area. The successful candidate will have some CNC turning experience, Operating and preferably Setting CNC Lathes.

CNC Turner - Setter Operator Position Overview

• CNC Turning - Setting and Operating
• Ensuring health and safety standards are met.
• Reporting to the Team Leader on shift.
• Reducing waste where possible to improve overall efficiency.
• Work effectively as part of a team implementing company policies and procedures.

CNC Turner - Setter Operator Position Requirements

• Previous experience within a CNC turning position
• Experience using Siemens controls very advantages
• Proven ability to understand and use hand held measuring equipment
• Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings
• Be able to set a standard of cleanliness and maintain it in their working area.

CNC Turner - Setter Operator Position Remuneration

• Full time - permanent position
• Salary - £12.50 - £14 per hour, dependant on experience
• Monday to Thursday - 6am to 16:30pm (40 hours over 4 days)
• 28 days' holiday including bank holidays
• Overtime available
• Pension
