An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CNC Setter Programmer, required for an expanding global Automotive Manufacturing client that spans 22 countries. The role is based in Gillingham and working a double day shift Monday to Friday.
In this role you will
- Program, set and run various multi axis CNC machines to specified instruction and using feedback from part measurements,
- Manufacture high precision complex components and assemblies as instructed.

The successful candidate will:
- Be able to read engineered drawings and specifications
- Have an understanding of GD&T (Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing) alongside using CNC technologies.
- Use of CAD CAM software is required and you will have a demonstrable level of experience in a mechanical, engineering or electronics manufacturing background.
- Some knowledge of Fanuc Controls, Mazak, Maiseiko, Harding or Hitatchi.
