Job role: CNC Setter Operator

Salary: £29,000 -£32,000 DOE

Location: Rugby, Warwickshire

Hours: 6:30 to 14:45 Monday to Thursday, 7:30 to 12:30 on a Friday (39hours)

Rotating 4 weeks days / 4 weeks nights.

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Holiday: 33 days including Bank Holidays

Overtime: Time 1/3 Monday- Friday. ½ Saturdays Double time Sunday

The Company:

Interaction have partnered with a leading precision engineering firm specialising in the producing of specialist precision components for the commercial and military vehicles , this company is based in Rugby and have and exciting oppertunity experienced Setter operator to join their ever growing team.

· £29,000-£32,000 salary dependent on experience

The Role:

· You will operate multi axis milling machines

· You will produce small, complex batches of components to quality standards and tight tolerances.

· You will ensure the smooth running of your machines

· You will use and operate Mazak, Haas, Bigila machines, using Fanuc controls

· You will join the busy Milling section and be extremely important to the running of the team

The Requirements:

· Previous experience working with CNC Machinery (essential)

· Willingness to learn and develop (essential)

· Apprentice Trained (advantageous)

· High attention to detail and able to work to tight tolerances

· Self-motivated
