CNC Programmer (Lathes)
Here at Impact Recruitment we are currently seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join one of our clients, focusing on operating CNC Lathes using Mazatrol controls. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in programming, setting up, and operating CNC turning machines to produce precision components according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program CNC Lathes using Mazatrol controls and programming language.
• Set up and calibrate machines to ensure proper functionality.
• Operate CNC turning machines to produce components with precision and accuracy.
• Monitor machine operations to detect any issues or deviations from specifications.
• Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot problems and optimize processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, specifically operating turning machines.
• Previous experience with Mazatrol is a necessity.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations and programming principles.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Prior experience with CAD/CAM software is desirable but not essential.
