A Redditch based, Industry leading Manufacturer are looking to add a CNC Operator to join their team on day shift. At this state-of-the-art facility, the business design, manufacture, and assemble precision forged and machined components for a variety of industries.
This position is permanent and offers an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company, with a training and development plan.

As a CNC Setter/Operator your responsibilities will include:
- Producing components for various industries including aerospace, automotive and defence
- Setting up and operating 4 and 5 axis HELLER CNC machines
- Quality control measures of machined components
- Following all health and safety policies and procedures
- Running a FASTEMS pallet system

The ideal CNC Operator will have the following skills and experience:
- CNC Operating experience
- Knowledge of Fanuc or Mazatrol controls would be advantageous
- Ability to check components with gauges and measuring equipment
- A positive attitude towards work, development and team working
