Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Operative/Programmer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines to produce precision-cut timber components for our bespoke furniture projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and program CNC machines to cut and mill timber according to design specifications.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of finished products.
• Collaborate closely with design and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in CNC operation or cutting/milling timber is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
