CNC Multi Axis Machinist

A Subcontract manufacturing facility based in Chesterfield is looking for permanent experienced Multi Axis Machinists who have knowledge of Turning and Milling.

Their customers span across many industries from military and defence, transportation, oil and gas and food industries to name a few. They are leaders in their field because they offer the customer high quality, fast turn around and great price. Their employees make the business, and they are expanding with large investments of machinery.

What they are looking for
  • An experienced engineer with a minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar environment.
  • Reliable, ambitious and have a positive can-do attitude.
  • Good knowledge of tooling and machining methods.
  • Take pride in your work and have Safety and quality as your main focus.
  • Good time management, being productive and efficient.
  • Work on one off component’s as well as batch work.
  • Be able to Program, Set & operate Multi Axis CNC machines.

  • 12-hour shift
  • Night Shift
  • Monday to Wednesday 5.30pm – 6.00am, Thurs 5.30pm – 3.00am
