Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

We are looking for a CNC Machinist Technician to join a leading supplier. The successful candidate will be part of a team that supplies to industries such as Nuclear Fusion, Space Technologies, Medical Innovation, and Formula 1. This role requires a skilled individual with experience in multi-axis CNC Machining and Quality inspection, including the use of CMM.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Operating 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC milling machines.
  • CNC Machining and setting.
  • Performing CMM inspection and producing inspection reports as required.
  • Adhering to ISO 9001: 2015 Quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience of CNC programming is desirable (EDGECAM/FANUC or similar) but not essential.
  • Experience working with a variety of materials to tight tolerances.
  • Proficiency in the use of inspection tools and CMM (aberlink) is desirable.
  • Ability to read and interpret component drawings and instructions.
  • Commitment to working to high-quality standards.
