Role: CNC Miller, Setter, Operator

Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire

Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 per annum

Hours: Monday-Thursday 14.15-23.15 / Friday 14:15-18:15

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Interaction have partnered with an industry leading engineering firm based in Daventry, Due to expansion & development, we are actively recruiting for a talented CNC Miller to join this firm on a full time, permanent basis.

· Excellent Base Salary

· Early finishes on Friday

· Holidays - The Companys holiday year runs from January 1st to December 31st. 22 days in full leave year 2022. Pro-rata for part-time employees.

· After two years service holiday entitlement increases to 23 days plus public holidays. Annual increase is up to 26 days.

Duties

· The use of 4-5 axis Mori Seiki & DNG CNC Milling Machinery to Mill precision components for the Aerospace, Motorsport, FMCG & Medical industries

· The use of Fanuc controlled systems with Gibbscam programming

· Participate in a Training & Development plan to gain understanding of programming using Alpha-tech programmes.

· Collaborate within the team to ensure a good work environment & high-quality result

Requirements

· Previous experience as a CNC Miller (2 years ideally)

· Understanding of CNC Milling Machinery with programming

· Collaborative attitude with an eagerness to learn

· Commitment to ongoing training & development
