Job role: CNC Miller Programmer

Location:

Shifts: Nights Available 40hrs per week

Mon - Thurs: Nights 1600-0200

Salary: £16.50-£18.50 p/h Plus night shift Allowance (where applicable)

A global manufacturer specialising in precision engineered parts for multiple industries including defence, aerospace and commercial.

The CNC Machinist position:

We have an exciting opportunity for an established CNC Miller programmer. The CNC Miller is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to produce precision components. This role requires a high level of technical skill, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings to produce accurate and high-quality machined parts.

The Successful Candidate:

  • 4 years' experience in CNC Milling (essential).
  • Proficient in CNC programming and operation; ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Additional technical training in CNC machining is preferred.
  • High level of precision and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machining processes.
  • Strong communication skills
