Position Overview:

You'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and programming CNC milling machines to produce components with precision and efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up CNC milling machines according to job specifications and blueprints.
  • Program CNC machines CAM software.
  • Operate machines to produce high-quality components within tight tolerances.
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal results.
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot issues with machines and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Miller Programme Setter Operator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC milling machines.
  • Strong knowledge of G-code programming and CAM software.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing is a plus.
