CNC Machinist

Permanent

Salary: £39,000 pa + excellent benefits

Hours: Monday – Thursday: 7.00am – 4pm and Friday: 7.00am – 12.00 noon

Ferrybridge, West Yorkshire

About Us:

Multi-Tech Engineering, established since 1988, specialises in precision manufacturing for Power Generation, Marine, Aerospace, and Defence sectors. We arere expanding our turning and milling facility, and we need skilled CNC Machinists to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture components to high precision
  • Maintain quality and safety standards
  • Develop Tooling Libraries
  • Assist in staff training and development
  • Collaborate on continual improvement

Experience Required:

  • Proficient in ISO and conversational programming
  • Experience with lathes, milling, and Haas Machining Centres
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings
  • Familiarity with castings, forgings, alloys, and stainless steels
  • Recognised Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Produce high-quality components to tight tolerances
  • Conversant with modern machining practices and tooling
  • Methodical with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
