Key responsibilities:

• Setting and running of CNC machines

• Working with Manufacturing Engineers to program-prove, prove tooling packages and new processes.

• Basic editing of CNC programs.

• Working with the quality team to identify any quality issues.

• Carry out any data capture required to improve process capability and control.

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in CNC machining (Milling and / or turning and / or Mill-Turn) of high precision products from a variety of materials and forms.

• Demonstrated experience in a high value, low volume mechanical manufacturing environment.

• In-depth knowledge of Fanuc controls

• The shifts rotate between days, evenings and night shifts so it would be ideal for someone who is comfortable working at night.
