My clients Is looking for multiples Machinists that can set and operate CNC machines in a production environment, ensuring the top quality within given timescale.

The role:

• Set and operateCNC machinesusingset up sheets, tooling,programmes provided.
• Self-inspect, including quality, cleaning, and de-burring.
• Report any manufacturing errors to line manager so corrective action can be agreed.
• Ensure that production requirements are met in line with the production schedule.
• Continually assess tool condition andmaintainas necessary.
• Always looking at decreasing run times and decreased down times through good set ups and enablement coupled with personal motivation.
• Excellent attention to detail and possess the drive to learn and develop.
• Team player with the ability to work using your own initiative.
• Positive attitude, good time keeping and a willingness to be flexible.

The Person:

• Motivated, highly organised CNC machinist.
• Manual machining experience - advantage
• Experience using a variety of inspection equipment including verniers, callipers.
• Experience in productionmachiningenvironment.
• Experienced working with Duplex, Nickel Alloy materials
• Computer literate, goodnumeracy,and literacy skills.
