Pertemps Swindon are recruiting for a CNC Machine Setter to join our precision engineering client in Swindon, SN2.
  • Up to £31,200 per annum d.o.e
  • Full time, Permanent
  • Monday - Thursday (4 day working week, 37.5hour week)
  • 28 days holiday + Christmas shutdown
About the job
  • Perform setting and operating duties on CNC Lathes
  • Using a variety of measurement tools to check quality of products
  • Ability to create and adjust programs on machines
  • Support in the completion of processes for new products
The right candidate
  • Proven experience setting and operating CNC Lathes
  • Working knowledge of Fanuc or Heidenhain machines
  • Ability to use a variety of measurement tools including micrometers and verniers.
  • Understanding and interpretation of engineering drawings
