Are you a CNC Machinist with experience working on Sliding Head Lathes looking to improve your work life balance and manage your own hours in a 4 day week, for a close knit company offering an excellent working environment and plenty of optional overtime?

On offer is the chance for you to work autonomously, being the only Machinist in the business you will have full control and be able to run the department as you wish. You will be setting, operating and programming Lathes to produce small batch components.

The ideal CNC Machinist will be able to programme, set and operate a Sliding Head Lathe. They will have the knowledge to be able to show someone how to operate the machine in your absence and want to work in a positive, friendly environment where you can manage your work and personal life in a 4 day week.

This Role

• Setting, Operating and Programming Sliding Head Lathes
• Producing small batch scientific components
• Working autonomously to run the department as you like
• Monday to Friday fully flexible hours (can do a 4 day working week)
