This position entails supporting the outsourced team and the cloud team manager, primarily based in-office working 2 days a week from home. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience Bookkeeper who is looking for the next step in their career with a well establish firm.

Main responsibilities -

  • Support in overseeing offshore bookkeepers, including updating their task schedules and ensuring adherence to budget constraints
  • Review and organise VAT returns
  • Coordinate with personal assistants regarding scheduling year-end account bookings
  • Provide assistance with bookkeeping tasks as needed during peak periods
  • Guarantee timely completion of tasks and effective planning to meet deadlines

Requirements -

  • Holds AAT certification or possesses equivalent experience
  • Experienced in practice settings
  • Demonstrates a robust grasp of accounting and tax concepts and can effectively train others
  • Certified in Xero with proficiency in preparing VAT returns
