We are looking to recruit a highly experienced nurse, well versed with Complex Care including ventilators and tracheostomies for this Clinical Trainer position.

Working remotely this role will involve travel to service hubs in Sunderland and Newcastle.

Offering high quality refresher training in accordance with company policies or on an as-needed basis. Maintaining comprehensive and precise training records. Adhering to safeguarding and safety regulations. Staying current with legislation, policies, and procedures to maintain competency.

Primary duties include:

• Ensuring the provision of quality training in accordance with the course syllabus and Training Manager's directives.
• Modifying training materials to accommodate the learners' necessities.
• Administering a range of courses at all training centers.
• Fostering a stimulating learning atmosphere and delivering an optimistic educational experience for all participants.
• Aid the Training Manager and lead Training Officer in advancing the Care Certificate program.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with Complex Care experience
• Coming from an ICU/Critical Care background would be desirable
• Experience within the community is also desirable
• A training qualification is non essential but would be beneficial for this role

Great salary on offer of £36,000-38,000 plus great benefits, including work from home and Monday-Friday office hours. Part time also considered.
