Evolve are recruiting for an innovative medical device manufacturer who looking to seek a Clinical Specialist to join their team. The responsibilities of this position include regular surgery visits/observations and understanding the usage of company products as the primary focus in this role is to facilitate the use of specialised products within the theatre environment.

Salary and Package

Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 basic

Car Allowance - £500 pm

Company Pension

25 days annual leave

Ideal Requirement for a Clinical Specialist

  • Basic understanding of anatomy & physiology
  • Full driving license held for 3 years or more.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Must be comfortable with physical activity like standing, sitting, walking, and using hands regularly.

Role Responsibilities for a Clinical Specialist

  • Providing guidance to assist with clinical decisions to both new and existing customers.
  • Case covering including but not limited to advising on the application of these medical products.
  • Understand and adhere to hospital and theatre policies.
  • Achieve all KPI’s as set by the line manager and/or Directors in line with business/role demands.
