You will be working for the largest defendant clinical negligence team in the UK. They act for the NHS and other private healthcare providers.

Your new role

You will be working as a clinical risk solicitor within a team of 14 Solicitors. Your role will involve handling a caseload of defendant clinical negligence work on behalf of NHS Resolution. This will include drafting pleadings, witness statements and letters of response, conducting face to face negotiations and mediation of claims as well as preparing counter schedules. You will also be responsible for acting as the primary contact for clients on a day to day basis providing them with commercially focused legal advice.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • 3- 5 years PQE ideally
  • Experience in either defendant or claimant clinical negligence or personal injury law.
