Your new role as a Clinical Nurse Advisor

We are currently providing a rare opportunity to be fully trained and integrated into a 111 team, where you will undergo industry leading training and mentorship.

Your new role will be to answer 111 calls from the general public, then using your professional clinical knowledge you will provide immediate access to clinical advice on their condition or illness, and sign post to appropriate services.

What you'll need to succeed as a Clinical Nurse Advisor

  • Qualified RGN (RN1 or RNA)
  • Valid NMC registration
  • Experience within a Primary Care setting (A & E, Urgent Care, Community Nursing, Prison Nursing)
  • Experience dealing with emotionally charged situations
  • Triage experience
