A defendant clinical negligence opportunity has become available with a leading national healthcare practice at its Sheffield office.

This practice is looking to recruit a qualified clinical negligence solicitor to work within a close knit team, handling NHS Resolution and NHS Trust work.

The team is highly regarded and ranked in the top tier for Healthcare and defending clinical negligence claims, both in Chambers and the Legal 500. It represents the NHS-R, Trusts and NHS Bodies defending serious and complex litigated and pre-issue claims concerning clinical negligence issues such as surgical, obstetrics, orthopaedic and psychiatric.

In terms of experience, you will have previous defendant experience in clinical negligence work, gained at a recognised NHSR panel firm and therefore understand some of the protocols of reporting to NHS clients. In addition, you will have a track record for business development and be able to demonstrate initiatives and events that you have previously participated in.

This is a great opportunity for a clinical negligence solicitor to be part of a growing team. The culture of the firm is supportive, progressive and approachable, and you will work with leaders in their chosen field. Working closely with these specialists will enable you to achieve your career objectives and gain training, supervision and experience that you might not encounter elsewhere.

For an initial confidential discussion about this clinical negligence role based in Sheffield contact Dan Craddock at G2 Legal today.
