Role:
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of clinical negligence claims, providing exceptional legal advice and representation to clients. Responsibilities include conducting thorough investigations, liaising with medical professionals, negotiating settlements, and advocating for clients in court proceedings when necessary.

Skills & Experience Required:
- Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate
- Minimum of 2 years PQE in Clinical Negligence Law
- Demonstrable track record of handling complex clinical negligence cases
- Exceptional client care skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
