Ideal candidate skills: 

• Ideally suitable for someone with approximately 2 years of PQE and who demonstrates the skills and knowledge
• The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and ambitious solicitor capable of working with a degree of autonomy and possess the drive to succeed
• Strong IT skills
• The high degree of initiative and the ability to manage your time and your workload effectively
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to use these to promote the team and the firm both internally and externally
