Clinical Negligence Solicitor
Here at Interlink, we are working with an esteemed, international law firm who are currently seeking a Solicitor to join their Clinical Negligence team.
This role will be best suited to a talented individual with 0-3 years experience wanting to further their career starting in this growing Manchester office.
The Role
- Applicants should have practical experience handling a caseload covering a wide range of Clinical Negligence matters, or have gained relevant experience assisting in such cases during their training contract.
- The medical negligence Solicitors are widely respected in the UK for their professional and proactive approach, consistently achieving positive outcomes for clients.
Skills/Knowledge Required:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales, with approximately 0-3 years’ PQE.
- Demonstrated expertise in legal principles and court procedures related to clinical negligence work.
- Proficiency in case preparation and planning across all court levels for clinical negligence cases.
- Capability to represent cases before District Judges and, when necessary, Circuit Judges in clinical negligence matters.
- Ability to assess the need for experts, agents, or counsel to address relevant issues.
- Familiarity with and application of LSC Franchise requirements.
