CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE SOLICITOR - LEADING YORKSHIRE FIRM - SOUTH YORKSHIRE Clinical Negligence Solicitor (1+ PQE) This is a fantastic role with a highly regarded Yorkshire firm. The successful Clinical Negligence candidate will join their thriving firm, within their extensive, highly reputable, and expanding Personal Injury department. You will be expected to advise on a range of clinical negligence matters resulting from medical negligence and provide a high-quality service to the clients. This is a position with brilliant career prospects and the firm really invest time and energy into their employees to ensure they're performing at their best. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 PQE+ and have a wealth of experience working on clinical negligence matters, preferably Claimant-based claims, and will have proven experience of dealing with a litigated caseload. In addition to this, they will be a proficient lawyer with demonstrable skills in client care and a proven desire to exceed client expectations. You will be required to advise and interview clients, keep files in good order, deal with client queries, comply with quality standards and support the growth of the department as a whole.
