Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor at our firm, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing your individual caseload of Clinical Negligence cases from inception to trial.
- Collaborating with Team Leaders and the Head of Department to strategize and plan case tactics.
- Identifying and progressing cases that are ready for Letter of Claim (LOC), settlement, or other relevant services.
- Handling your caseload in a proactive and commercially astute manner.
- Coordinating case progression with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drafting legal documents, including LOCs and letters of instruction.
- Negotiating settlements and initiating proceedings when necessary.
- Providing guidance and support to the team on technical issues, with the assistance of the Team Leader or Head of Department.
Applications are welcomed from Clinical Negligence Solicitors with a range of experience, including NQ solicitors up to those with 5 years PQE. The ideal candidate should have recent experience in handling Clinical Negligence cases.
