A Clinical Negligence Solicitor is required by this award winning law firm to work from their offices in the Newcastle with opportunity for hybrid/ remote working.

Role Overview
In joining this market leading firm, as a clinical negligence solicitor, you will conduct clinical negligence claims on behalf of a range of defendant clients. You will provide high quality legal services on complex matters and have the opportunity to become involved with inquest and advisory work.
You will manage your own caseload and be involved in supporting on high value and complex claims. There will also be opportunities to develop your career, becoming involved in training, business development and secondments.

Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor who can demonstrate:
Experience in dealing with clinical negligence claims or complex injury claims from either a Defendant or Claimant background;
Experience in inquest or healthcare advisory work (advantageous but not essential);
Strong academic background;
Skills in legal research;
Excellent attention to detail;
Ability to meet financial goals and a track record of achieving target.
