We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Negligence Fee Earner or Solicitor to join our team. As a Clinical Negligence case handler, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of clinical negligence claims, providing legal advice and representation to clients who have suffered harm due to medical negligence. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception to completion
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation
- Interview clients and gather relevant information
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files
- Collaborate with other legal professionals and experts as needed
- Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications:
- Experience in clinical negligence law
- Proven track record of successfully handling clinical negligence cases
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
