Clinical Negligence Solicitor 
Location: Southampton (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (D.O.E)

Exciting opportunity available to join a respected international law firm recognised in both Legal 500 and Chambers. Due to increased workload and successful business wins, the Clinical Negligence team in their Southampton office is expanding. They are currently seeking an experienced Associate/Solicitor to join their established Clinical Negligence Team, dealing with a range of cases in Clinical Negligence and Health Litigation.

The Candidate 

The preferred candidate should have a minimum of 3 years PQE and relevant experience in Defendant Clinical Negligence. With a steady flow of new instructions from private care providers and NHS Resolution, the firm seeks a motivated lawyer with strong technical skills.

Responsibilities include managing a caseload of defendant clinical negligence matters for various clients, including NHS Resolution, MDU, independent providers, and medical malpractice insurers.
