A progressive specialist law firm in Somerset is seeking a Clinical Negligence Lawyer in a remote hybrid role, with occasional travel required to either East Anglia or the South Coast. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage a caseload of approximately 50 clinical negligence files from initiation to settlement, showcasing your ability to handle diverse cases.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients, displaying excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work collaboratively with medical experts and counsel, demonstrating effective collaboration to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Operate with a proactive approach, working independently to problem-solve and contribute innovative solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in handling clinical negligence files, highlighting your understanding of relevant legal processes and complexities.
  • Ability to work efficiently with a keen attention to detail, ensuring high-quality legal representation for clients.
  • Display compassion in dealing with clients, recognising the sensitive nature of clinical negligence cases.
  • Work on your own initiative, showcasing problem-solving skills and contributing positively to the team's objectives.

This role is remote but will require occasional travel to either East Anglia or the South Coast. Being based in one of these areas is advantageous.
