The firm are expanding their teams and seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about clinical negligence law and eager to make a meaningful impact on their clients' lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients, counsel, defendants, experts, and other third parties.
  • Support senior solicitors with their caseloads.
  • Handle your own cases (dependant on experience).
  • Collate and review documentation and evidence, including medical records.
  • Obtain medical evidence and instruct counsel.
  • Take witness statements and attend case conferences.
  • Comply with internal procedures and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Clinical Negligence Fee Earner.
  • Exposure to a variety of clinical negligence cases.
  • Experience with CFAs and legal aid funded cases desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
