THS Recruitment are currently looking for a Deputy Home Manager to help run a medium home in Camden

The role of the Clinical Deputy Manager is to assist the Registered Manager with the day-to-day organisation and effective running of the service, providing clinical leadership and management support for the nursing and care support staff teams.

You as the Deputy Manager

  • NMC Registration required.
  • 2 plus years senior nurse OR clinical lead experience in care home settings.
  • Care Plan and Staff Management experience required

On offer

  • £55,500 per annum
  • Paid NMC pin renewal
  • Paid breaks and handover
