JOB ROLE: CLINICAL LEAD | COUNSELLING SERVICES

LOCATION: Folkestone, Kent

SALARY: £20ph to £30ph, dependant on experience

TERM: Temp to Perm

HOURS: 37.5hrs, Monday to Friday (could be flexible)

Our client, a leading counselling centre in Folkestone, Kent, is seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead to join their team on a temp to perm basis. With 37.5 hours a week, this role offers the chance to make a real impact in the lives of patients and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical services.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Oversee the delivery of patient care, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compassion.
  • Implement practises and policies that guarantee clinical standards are met and exceeded.
  • Manage a team of talented and compassionate staff, providing support, guidance, and fostering a collaborative working environment.
  • Coordinate the activities of a busy clinic, ensuring smooth operations and efficient patient flow.
  • Provide support and guidance to other clinicians, sharing your expertise and promoting continuous learning.
  • Regularly review and update care plans, tailoring them to individual patient needs and keeping up with their progress.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
  • Evaluate clinical outcomes and use data-driven insights to optimise processes and enhance patient experience.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in the field, attending conferences and training sessions to continuously enhance your professional knowledge.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A relevant qualification in counselling or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in a clinical leadership role, with a track record of driving and implementing change.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • A commitment to delivering patient-centred care and continuous improvement.
