Position: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: Brackley, NN13
Salary: £52,500 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, 9am-5pm

Time Recruitment are currently selecting for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to oversee clinical operations at an excellent nursing facility based in Brackley.

You will be joining an award-winning care, family-run care company with a mission to provide the highest standard of person-centred care to all residents across their 30+ homes and services. It is an exciting time to join them, with plans for expansion in the area over the coming years and therefore excellent opportunities for professional development.

The home itself has 66 beds across 2 floors and caters for dementia, mental health conditions and physical disability. The home boasts a Good CQC and a rating of 9.9 on carehome.co.uk. The home manager is very experienced and knowledgeable, having previously been awarded an Outstanding rating, she is looking for a strong Clinical Deputy Manager who can help her to bring the service up to this standard!

All shifts are well-staffed, and you will be joining a very stable team of well-trained care and support staff alongside with having additional on-call support.

As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and maintaining the exceptional care standards at our facility. Your duties will include:

* Lead and inspire the care team to deliver outstanding care and support to residents with dementia and elderly care needs.
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans, ensuring they are continuously updated to meet residents' changing needs.
* Supervise and mentor staff, promoting professional growth and maintaining a positive working environment.
* Collaborate with external healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to resident care.
* Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in dementia and elderly care.

Clinical Deputy Manager Requirements:

* A valid NMC Pin
* Experience working with Dementia/Elderly Care
