Clinical Deputy Manager
Bright Selection is delighted to be recruiting a Deputy Manager for a long standing client and provider of high quality care within a luxury hotel setting.
We are excited to hear from enthusiastic nurse qualified leaders who are interested in joining this well performing care and nursing home in a rare opening for a Clinical Deputy Manager within their experienced team.
Responsibilities
Reporting to General Manager
Responsible for ensuring home's compliance with CQC and all regulatory standard
Management of all clinical governance and audits within the home
Recruitment, supervision and training and development of team
You will oversee the Safe Medication Management programme
Liaise with families and external stakeholders as required
Requirements
Nurse qualification
2 years experience in care home setting
Desirable but not essential experience within private fee paying setting
Demonstrable team management experience, with the ability to lead, support and mentor clinical and care team members
Care planning experience, confident in electronic care planning systems
