Are you an NMC Level 1 qualified Clinic Manager looking for a new role that will allow you to develop your skills in a specialist area?

Working for this life-enhancing kidney disease specialist care provider as Clinic Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of specialist nurses, ensuring compliance and quality are kept to the best standards.


Salary – Up to £48,880 + Performance bonus

Location – Burnley

Role Type – Permanent / Full Time / 37.5 Hours per week / Mon-Fri / Shifts vary between 7am-11:30pm (most will be day shifts)

The Role


You'll oversee the Burnley clinic, focusing on medical excellence and ensuring financial targets are met. You'll manage clinic operations and clinical standards, uphold compliance with regulations, and ready the clinic for audits.


You will also have the opportunity to lead improvement initiatives, manage finances, including budgeting and cost control, and support staff development. Additionally, you'll cultivate strong relationships with referring organisations and ensure effective stakeholder communication.


What you’ll need


Level 1 Nurse Registered with the NMC.

Experience working in a clinical setting at a senior level, any healthcare sector but ideally seeking acute care experience.

Proven experience in managing and leading a team of specialist nurses and practitioners.

Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and its implications for Independent Healthcare providers.
