Location: Cheltenham

A highly reputable business who have expanded substantially over the last few years are looking to expand their Wealth Management team. Specialising in Financial Planning and Wealth Management for both Private and Corporate clientele and including Investment Management in the service that they offer, this firm covers the Financial Advice market completely and has won awards within the marketplace in recent years.

They have multiple offices across the UK and are a growing presence nationally. Being a bigger firm that works within the employee benefits market, there is a strong benefits package on offer which includes flexible working options.

The Role:

The role would involve working with the client servicing teams to help manage and ensure the team runs efficiently to enable the overall success of the company.

Due to it being fast paced in a growing firm, this would suit someone with extensive management experience, who can have a forward thinking and positive impact on the team.

The Required Skills:

  • Experience working within a similar management role for a Wealth Management company
  • Ability to analyse data and implement action plans
  • Excellent leadership skills to be able to line manage a team
  • Forward thinking individual who can look to implement change.
  • Industry relevant qualifications desirable
