Our client are now searching for driven graduates to join their team as Client Success Managers! You'll manage relationships with clients, candidates and internal stakeholders and be an integral member of the business!

Role:

• Candidate, Client and all general delivery involved in the company's hiring and training services
• Speaking and engaging with clients at regular touchpoints throughout the company's relationship with them - particularly for large accounts/clients
• Preparing a variety of individuals for the interview process - coaching and mentoring each individual to ensure they are well prepared
• Providing detailed feedback to candidates, clients and stakeholders internally
• Providing comprehensive support for clients where necessary
• Support and liaise closely with our Account Managers on client meetings
• When necessary, take the lead on resourcing and preparing candidates for client assessment, and act as auxiliary support on recruiting projects when required

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level
• Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
• Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
