I am in search of an Acquisition Surveyor eager for a new opportunity. Our client is expanding and seeking to add a talented individual to their team to fuel this growth. We're flexible on the level of experience but are particularly interested in candidates keen on advancing their careers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in all facets of acquisitions, scouting and identifying new locations for sites.
• Negotiate with third parties on location, size, and lease terms for properties.
• Operate with flexibility, being able to travel to various locations across the country.
• Possess a strong understanding of property law.

Candidate Profile:

• We're seeking a self-starter, someone adept at building relationships with both internal and external contacts.
• You must be motivated to see projects through from inception to completion.
• Work effectively within a team while also possessing the autonomy to work independently when necessary.
• MRICS accreditation or relevant experience within Commercial Real Estate is preferred.
