A prestigious boutique Wealth and Investment Management firm located in the heart of Yorkshire, are seeking to appoint a Client Servicing Lead to join their growing team. In this crucial role, you will ensure regular client contact and facilitate meetings with Advisers to review their accounts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and nurture client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Track client interactions and manage account details.
  • Oversee workflow and project management.
  • Supervise outsourced paraplanners and manage reports.

About You:

  • Experience in retail financial services with an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
  • Chartered Financial Planner status preferred but not essential.
  • Strong project and workflow management skills.
  • Proactive with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to update control sheets and meet compliance requirements.
  • Skilled in analysing reports and quality checking.
  • Excellent technical, communication and client management skills.
  • Able to work from head office near York or be based remotely.
