The Role:

• Provide advice and service to new and existing clients to ensure products sold to them meet their requirements.
• Complete reports and analysis for the client account managers to present to clients.
• Provide prompt and accurate service to alterations requested by clients.
• Mentor and train apprentice service executives and client service executives.

The Person:

• Insurance industry experience
• FCA Regulation Experience
