Our client is a busy, well-established and steadily growing London Mortgage Brokerage. They are looking to expand their team by bringing on a Client Services Executive to refine processes and maximise their current database of clients.

This is a great opportunity for a confident, well-driven individual who is either already working in finance, has an interest in the mortgage market, or thrives on providing great customer service!

There is no prior experience required for this role, just the right attitude along with an excellent telephone manner.

Key Points:

  • Work for a highly respected Mortgage Brokerage
  • All training will be provided
  • Office Based
  • Monday - Friday (9am - 5:30pm) - NO WEEKENDS!
  • Great team environment & support
  • Progression opportunities (team lead positions) for the right person Ability to be creative and build the team.
  • Working directly with the director daily.

Key Requirements:

  • Dealing with inbound phone calls - no cold calling
  • Going through company databases to identify potential leads / clients
  • Helping to improve / create more efficient processes
  • Keeping on top of a number of different case pipelines (i.e., following up after a time frame suitable for the clients’ needs / mortgage journey)
  • Providing a professional and personable service to HNW clients
  • Confidence

In summary this role is an entry point into the mortgage sector that involves client liaison, Data input and booking appointments

Base £20-24000 plus benefits
