Juice is thrilled to be supporting a prominent employer in Corsham in their search for a Customer Services Executive.

The role will entail prompt, accurate and timely sales administrative support.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Coding and input all customer orders accurately onto the database and liaise with other operational departments
  • Ensuring timely delivery of products using supplier delivery schedules.
  • Collating necessary administration for export
  • Building strong working relationships with internal sales managers and 3rd parties
  • Acting as a point of contact for customers, assessing products, reviewing budgeting of products, implementing promotional campaigns, handling pricing queries and complying with internal reporting requirements.
  • Tracking, logging and monitoring customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
  • Answering inbound calls and queries.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors where required
  • Ensuring product information is maintained and kept up-to-date.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Previous experience in supply chain and exporting is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Great attention to detail.
